Calcium Carbonate Crushing Production
Calcium can be extracted from limestone. Limestone is a naturally occurring mineral high in calcium carbonate. It's possible to extract pure calcium from calcium carbonate through a multi stage process requiring special grinding and processing equipment.
Crush the limestone ore to a fine particle size by crushing plant and grinding mill, and add dilute hydrochloric acid. This will cause the limestone to give off carbon dioxide and increase the purity of the calcium carbonate. Filter this mixture to remove the remaining silica and other insoluble material.

The vibrating feeder or screens separate large block from finer rocks, thus deliver the materials to the primary crushers such as jaw crusher, impact crusher, or gyratory crushers. Belt conveyor will convey the primary crushed materials to secondary cone crushers are commonly used or impact crusher, which typically reduces material to about 2.5 to 10 cm. Tertiary crushing is usually performed using cone crushers or other types of impact crusher.
