Design From Mining Engineers
Based on the varied requirements of final product, mining engineers from SBM make a careful design for this 300 tph quartz crushing machine. Firstly, large quartz stones are unloaded by truck into the hopper. Through the vibrating feeder, raw materials are regularly fed into the primary jaw crusher which can reduce 800 mm quartz rocks into approximate 150mm. Then the rest of quartz stones will be conveyed by belt conveyor and piled up into the storage hopper. Another small feeding machine under the stockpile will feed the stored materials regularly into No.2 belt conveyor so as to transport those quartz stones to the following cone crusher. After the secondary crushing stage, quartz particles will be conveyed by No.3 belt conveyor to vibrating screens for size separation, including 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-25 mm and 25-30mm. The unrequested products which are bigger than 30mm will be returned to the tertiary cone crusher for further crushing through No.4 belt conveyor, while products with requested size will be piled up by No.5 belt conveyor. Natural fines from the grizzly bar of the vibrating feeder are conveyed by No.6 belt conveyor as separate stone scrap.
